TAX CARD & AUDITING:
As per the Qatar Income Tax Law it is must for all companies which are established in the State of Qatar to register with the Public Revenue and Tax Department and to get TAX CARD within 30 days from the date of Commercial Registration. Further all W.L.L companies must close their accounts as on 31st December and submit a tax declaration within 4 months after closing an accounting year i.e. on or before 30th April of every year. Companies violating the above rules will be subject a fine of QAR 5000/- for TAX CARD and QR 100/- per day for the failure of Tax Declaration.
