We want someone to share a villa with and live together, not only renting a room - Aged between 25-35 - Long term tenancy (at least one year) - We like them…but NO animals allowed -Smokers are welcome, but only outdoors - Of course you can use the common space to invite people if you like as long as everything is back in place afterwards and as long as you respect your flat mate needs - Respectful of common spaces ABOUT THE PLACE: The bedroom is quite big. It has a king size bed a big wardrobe and a desk. The bathroom is shared with one person. The villa is bright, has a huge living room, a separate kitchen and 4 bedrooms and backyard with barbeque. It is fully furnished with almost new furniture. The compound includes many facilities: 2 pools, gyms, basketball, squash and tennis courts, spa facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room) and several shops and services (minimarket, laundry, beauty center and flower shop). The rent is QAR 4,200 per month plus 200/250 QAR for all the expenses which include water, electricity, internet and a maid coming once a week (all the bills will be equitably split amongst the residents) and one deposit of 3800QR (which it will be returned when you leave) The room will be available starting from the beginning of august 2017 .
