Hi everyone!
My housemates and I are looking for a mate to share a 4-bedroom villa in Beverly Hills Al Rayyan Compound.
We are all westerns working in different sectors and are looking for someone open minded, tidy, clean, polite, respectful and responsible person who also likes to have fun.
We are looking for a western, aged between 25-40, and for mid to long term tenancy (minimum 6 months) housemate.
The bedroom is quite big, it has a king size bed, a big wardrobe and a private bathroom.
The house is bright with lots of natural light, has a huge living room, a separate kitchen and 4 bedrooms. It is fully furnished. It also has a huge and special backyard with BBQ, a chill out area, plants and flowers.
The compound has many facilities: 2 swimming pools, 2 gyms, basketball, squash and tennis courts, spa facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room) and several shops and services (minimarket, laundry, beauty center and flower shop).
The rent is QAR 4,350 per month plus 200/250 QAR for all the expenses including water, electricity, internet and a maid coming once a week). 1 month deposit is required (returned when you leave).
The room is available from December.
