Urgent Requirement : Production Manager

Please note we are looking for Production Manager having expertise in the field of production who will bring in the required specific expertise to develop our products.

Job Description:

# manage and evaluate machine resources, productivity and minimal downtime.

# Oversee a workforce of in the production department

# Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.

# Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.

# Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel

# provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: +5 years' experience in the field of manufacturing

Skills:

# Proven experience as production in charge for the manufacturing other related accessories.

# Deep knowledge of production management particularly in field of manufacturing of gauges.

# Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

# Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts

# Experience in reporting on key production metrics

# Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

# Outstanding communication ability
