Aleradh Center - Pediatric Physical Therapy in Madinat Khalifa North is looking for a competitive field sales and marketing representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative, or sales agent, they will also research sales competition.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
2. Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
3. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
4. Meet personal and team sales targets
5. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
6. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

Responsibilities and Duties:
· Documents financial transactions by entering account information
· Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
· Ensures that department goals and objectives are met and maintained
· Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
· Performs all other job functions and projects as assigned and deemed necessary

Qualifications:
· Education:
Ø Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing

· Experience:
Ø At least with 2-4 years related working experience
Ø Proven sales experience
Ø Track record of over-achieving quota
Ø Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Ø Computer use competency
Ø Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ø Self motivated and driven

· Requirement:
Ø Can comprehend, speak and write both English and Arabic is advantage
