1. Operating Expenses; average 9.09% monthly saving on ongoing top business activities costing 11 million/yrs.
2. Capital Expenditure; approx 20% saving on establishing 825 sq ft office and Recycling Centers costing approx 125k and 60k respectively.
3. Design and Develop Supplier Management Strategies; for rental transporter, hardware suppliers, MEP contractors.
4. Procure to Pay (P2P); eliminate paper work in procurement process and support finance team in accounts reconciliation.
5. Initiate mine digging of each step involved in procurement life cycle and notify management to eliminate counterfeit culture, and perform effective communication with all business units on their day to day operational activities.
