Looking For a new opportunity as a Planning Engineer/ Scheduler. (MEP & Civil) ( Preferably in Qatar & GCC)

I am an enthusiastic engineer with more than 4+ year's experience in Civil, MEP and Infrastructure work. Proficiency in Project planning, executing, scheduling & monitoring control, CPM, EVM, Baseline Program, EOT analysis, Cost control, and Reporting. Expert in Primavera P6 and ms project.

-Preparation of detailed Baseline Construction Schedule (Cost Loaded) in coordination with Project Management Execution Plan.
-Continues review and updating of project schedule and budget based on site progress.
-Maintain Project Scope and Project Requirement in Schedule of Work.
-Develops Dashboards and Template for Project Monitoring & Controls.
-Project Assessment, Progress Concerns, and Delays Notifications
-Often Coordinates Weekly Progress Meeting and Provides Status Reports.
-perform Project Assesment, Detailed Scope and Schedule Development Reviews.
-Develop and Ascertain Project Critical paths and Provide Delay thresholds in the baseline program.
-Prepare and Monitor Project Cost and Progress Payments.
-Preparation of MWPS and Invoice.
-Report and Coordinate with to Project Manager in delays and Resource Status according to Approved Program.
-Evaluation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress.
-Weekly and Monthly Status Report to Client and Project End Users
-Claims/EOT (Window Type and TIA) Analysis and Evaluation, Prior to Recommending to the client.
-Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline.
