I have a proven track record within the HR & Admin department and experiences working in multinational companies and matrix organizations. I adapt quickly and well to each different business environment and to the different sets of business risks and requirements, and succeeded in all my assignments.

I keep my eyes open for opportunities within an organization to advance even if it meanschanging roles. I am always prepared to learn new things and contribute to the overall success of an organization in a number of ways. * Almost 8 years of progressive GCC (Qatar & UAE) experience and leadership in Human Resources role & Administrative role.
* Ability to partner across all HR disciplines/functions to effectively manage and deliver HR Programs in a complex business environment (e.g., labor relations, policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, leave application and other related jobs).
* Ability to coordinate with PRO in relation to company documents to ensure that all employees must have a valid visa and passports. Knowledgeable and well experienced in all visa procedures.
