1. Technicians: Minimum 3 years of experience with trade Diploma.
• BMS Operators (5 nos.)
• BMS Field Technician (2 nos.)
• Painter (5 nos.)
• Food Production Equipment Technicians (12 nos.)
• Plumber (5 nos.)
• Electrical & Electronics Technician (32 nos.)
• Mechanical Technician (19 nos.)
• HVAC Technician (17 nos.)
2. Technical Officers: Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Engineering Degree in respective field.
• Technical Officer, Electrical (2 nos.)
• Technical Officer, Mechanical (3 nos.)
• Technical Officer (LOTO) (1 no.)
3. Engineers: Minimum 8 years of experience with Engineering Degree in respective field.
• BMS Engineer (1 no.)
• Mechanical Engineers (2 nos.)

Maintenance experience at Airport/ Museum/ similar facility is mandatory for all Technical staff.

4. Cleaning Supervisors & Executive Housekeepers: Experience in Airport/ 5 star hotels/ facility management company is mandatory. Diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage. Excellent knowledge about cleaning machines, chemicals, color cording, PH values, cross contamination, MSDS & COSHH.
