ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities ; November 2017 – Present
 Accounts Payable & Receivables Section will be responsible for organizing and monitoring the accounts payables operations activities including supplier details maintenance, processing vouchers/ supplier invoices, prepayments and expense claims, payments and accounts payable period end, accurately and on a timely basis.
 Performance of monthly bank reconciliations.
 P&L and Balance Sheet. Analysis and reviews.
 Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to access accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
 Petty Cash Responsibilities:
o Approve system petty cash account set up.
o Review, the Petty Cash Reconciliation Report. Investigate and resolve, together with the respective Department Manager, discrepancy(ies)/issue(s) identified, if any. Approve the Petty Cash Reconciliation Reports (joint authority to approve with the respective Department Manager).
o Review and approve the Petty Cash Replenishment Forms submitted by Department Managers.
 Invoices and Debit/Credit Memo Processing Responsibilities:
o Review the customer invoices and debit/credit memos, and coordinate with Accountant / Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable for required changes (if any).
o Approve the invoices and debit/credit memos to Enterprise Group for client communication.
 Ensure all the received invoices are authorized for payment as per the procedure and related supporting documents are correct as well as complete.
 Ensure all the costs are allocated properly to the respective Cost Centers through the pre-determined list of cost centers.
 Ensure all of the details of invoices are captured fully as well as properly in the system.
 Process adjustments.
 Daily system entries of the collection.
