An experienced Quantity Surveying professional with more than (5) Five years’ experience in Quantity Surveying(3 Years in Qatar) in the contracting practice having exposure in post & Pre contract works in Qatar and Sri Lanka.
I have undertaken the role of Quantity Surveying a wide variety of projects including Infrastructure (Road & Bridge), commercial & Residential Building, Car Parks and dealt with various forms (Fidic 1999) and type of contracts (Lump Sum, Re-measurement & design & Build).
Result-oriented, hands-on construction and cost management professional working as part of a busy team effectively managing all the costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. Having a proven track record of minimizing the costs of a project and enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
