Finance and accounts professional having over 13 years of experience and I would like to gain practical overseas expertise in UAE’s international market.

CAREER PROFILE/SKILLS:

1. Managing the corporate finance functions including all financial, management and statutory accounting and reporting.
2. Maintain the general ledger, AP and AR, ensuring compliance with IAS, GAAP and IFRS standards.
3. Responsible for company working capital report and accounts receivable reporting.
4. Manage internal audits, contracts audits, tax audits and year-end statutory audits.
5. Maintain tax relations with external tax advisers and follow up local filing requirements as per local tax laws.
6. Manage corporate recharges: travel, salaries and training expenses.
7. Responsibility of managing the general ledger, sub ledgers, balance sheet and profit and loss account.
8. Responsibility of preparing financial statements of legal entities and banking relationships.
9. Generating various commercial reports on margin analysis and invoicing status.
10. Project Management and Management accounting.
11. Budget development and management, quarterly forecasting, projection and variance analysis.
12. Corporate responsibilities and financial analysis related to AR, AP, and GL. Custodian of the Vendor and supplier module.
13. Negotiations with suppliers on pricing, ensuring proper value for money at the most competitive rates.
14. Setting up and managing financial systems and procedures.
15. Managing costing and cost reductions.
16. Analysis, Cost Control, Price/Margin analysis, Resource Utilization, Feasibility, Project reports, Audit, Risk Analysis and Mitigation.
