Description

I would like to introduce myself as multi skilled person in any sectors of Business. Especially, I have passion for all thing HR, and the ability to have a real impact on the direction and development of Human Resources within a company. I am trusted safe pair of hands on all employee related matters, and is someone who can spearhead the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures. With my previous employer I was responsible for coming up with effective HR solutions and strategies that are in alignment with the company’s set goals. I have more than 5 years of experience in Admin & HR managerial role.

Sometimes, I’ve acted as business analyst and my role is Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.

As a true HR professional I continuously revises HR Policies and goes out of my way to uphold cohesive employee relations. My key strengths include; having extensive knowledge of human resources information systems, and being able to create a competitive advantage for my company at all operational levels.

As a B.Sc(Hons) Degree holder in Management Information Systems, I have great knowledge in handling HRIS, Computer cum Accounting, IT support, E-commerce and ERP Solutions as well. This considered to be huge challenges in HR & Business industry nowadays and I have the better replacement to make it well within the organization.

Right now I am looking for a suitable position with a company like yours that appreciates its employee’s talent, drive and experience.
