Description

We are continuously seeking resumes from skilled Registered Nurses with home care, home health care, private nursing or hospice experience to provide the highest nursing services to patients who require care in the comfort of their home.

By joining our client, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to improve or maintain quality home care services to their patients {adults and pediatrics}. You will have access to continuing education credits towards your professional development.

1. The registered nurse makes the initial assessment visit at home regularly, re-evaluates the client's nursing needs along with other medical team
2. Initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions, furnishes those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
3. Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
4. Prepares clinical and progress notes, coordinates services, work as liaison between treating physician and other personnel of changes in the client's condition and family members
5. Counsels the clients and family in meeting nursing and related needs, participates in in-service programs, and supervises and teaches other nursing personnel

To be successful, you should possess the following:

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification of not less than 3 years from an accredited program
- Valid Home Country License
- Qatar SCH License holder / Qatar Prometric Exam passer
- Valid BLS /ILS Certificate
