VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.

VAM Systems is currently looking for MS SQL DBA for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Experience/Knowledge

Should have experience in installing, configuring, managing, monitoring and troubleshooting SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2008 R2 and SQL 2012
Should have experience in Microsoft Clustering Services (MSCS), High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
Should have experience in design and maintaining Log Shipping & Mirroring.
An extensive knowledge in virtualization using VMWare or Microsoft Hyper-V technologies.
Should have experience in Monitoring, Analyzing database performance and Performance tuning using SQL Profiler.
Preferably candidates with experience with SQL Server tools, including Enterprise Manager, Management Studio, Query Analyzer, Profiler, SQL Server Agent, DTS, SSRS and SSIS etc. 
Needs to do on call support after work hours and weekends, if it’s required.
Microsoft qualified, certifications are preferred
Banking Experience is mandatory.

Experience required : 7+ Years

Terms and conditions:

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).

The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Qatar.
