VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Principal consultant HCM for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
• Work closely with key HR/Payroll Super Users to understand various Business Requirements and Enhancements to existing system
• Plan and Estimate the timelines to achieve the requirements
• Ensures that proper Documentation is done for the Business Requirements as per standards and acquire sign off from the concerned business user on the Requirements document
• Make Design of the Requirement with appropriate Design Document
• Acquire thorough knowledge of the already implemented HRMS system both standard and custom modules and fit the new solution within the existing system
• Work towards the deliverable using the acquired functional and technical knowledge
• Constantly report progress of the deliverable to the relevant business users
• Perform Unit and Integrated testing on the developed solution with Quality assurance
• Demonstrate the solution to the Business users
• Conduct UAT with the Business users and acquire UAT sign off from the Business Users after testing
• Implement the solution by deploying in production
• Handover the implemented solution to the support team with proper hand over document
• Solid understanding of Performance Mgmt, Learning Mgmt, Succession Planning
• Development and maintenance custom bolt- ons to fill gaps from standard applications
• Development and maintenance of custom reports
• Plan and perform upgrade of HCM Applications
Experience Required: 6+ years
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1month).
The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organization in UAE.
