Contracts Manager with knowledge of both roofing and below ground waterproofing / tanking, Spray applied and loose laid membranes. Ability to work unsupervised, within budgets and to program. A Knowledge of estimating or a surveying background would also be useful. This is a residential position with a 3 month probationary period. This is a once in a life time opportunity for a person with the right attitude to work and an eye for advancement within a successful company. Salary commiserate with experience.
