We are a specialist Oil and Gas recruitment agency undergoing rapid company expansion with additional presence overseas, including a thriving office in Qatar. To assist further with the expansion plans of the Qatar office we are looking to recruit a university graduate with sales experience to recruit professionals within the oil and gas industry
Competitive basic salary is offered as well as commission, pension and further financial incentives.

Job Description (Duties and Key Responsibilities)

•Candidate calls
•Attracting candidates via websites and trade journals
•CV coding
•Inputting jobs onto the company internal recruitment system
•Developing leads from speaking to candidates
•Negotiate and confirm rates
•Telephone interviewing candidates and gaining lead opportunities
•Pro-active resourcing of candidates and networking with high call volume
•Maintaining high levels of candidate contact
•Adherence to quality procedures at all times
•Maintain knowledge of current legislation
•Candidate calls after office hours

As the successful candidate will mainly be speaking English, only those fluent in English will be considered for the role.
