A leading MEP subcontractor with operations based in Dubai are recruiting professionals with the following experience :

Commercial Manager :
Attending meetings with clients for negotiation & clarification of commercial & contractual related issues, Quantifying and estimating costs for all proposed variations / change orders, Reviewing and validating certification of pay applications by the consultant, Ensure thorough coordination with Project Managers and QS for preparing monthly invoices, Preparing cost estimates for each potential change, Resolving commercial disputes and claims, Monitor and maintain a daily progress of materials delivered, materials installed, labour resources employed, equipment resources utilized and other statistical management. Candidate must have
minimum 15 years post qualification experience, Must be familiar with FIDIC forms of contracts, Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Quantity Surveyor :
Provides quantity estimates for progress payment purposes and update final quantity estimates based upon actual progress at site, Development and provision of data and information to produce progress reporting and monthly schedule status, Verifying & checking payment and variation claims for all jobs before submission
to Main Contractor, Guiding all project managers for achieving billing as per the forecast, Preparing final account on completion of works. Candidate must have Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying , fluent in English and minimum 10 years experience in construction industry.
