Finance Manager:
1. Minimum overall 8-9 years’ experience in accounting with minimum 5 years in senior and/or managerial position; ie. Finance Manager, chief accountant in construction industry.
2. Thorough understanding of both management accounting and financial accounting aspects of construction industry, with particular emphasis on cost/cash flow patterns pertaining to a construction project life cycle.
3. Provide timely and accurate information updates to top management/General manager and operations.
4. Work closely with General Manager and operations in understanding finance related operational requirements.
5. Negotiate with banks for project financing arrangements.
6. In charge for overall finance function of the company
7. Previous working knowledge in ERP systems would be preferred but not mandatory.
