REQUIRED FOR A LEADING CONSTRUCTION CO. IN QATAR:

1) Financial Manager

• Professionally well qualified with 10 – 15 years experience with thorough knowledge in managing Finance Dept with a Group of Accountants
• Supervising and follow up of all financial, accounting, payroll, inventory and budgeting activities of the company and its sister concern.
• Timely preparation of all statutory financial reports, management reports, review and finalization of financial
statements with management personnel, coordinate and organize required documents for audit, dealing with bank &
other financial institutions, etc

2) Landscape Engineer/Project Manager (landscape works)

• B.Sc. Horticulture / B.Sc. Agriculture
• About 10 - 15 years’ experience in execution and project management
• Well conversant with pricing of landscaping projects with knowledge of prices of plants and other items used in Middle East for landscape works, preparation of necessary reports, method statements etc.

Both candidates must have Gulf experience, good command in written and spoken English, preferably with Qatar driving license and working knowledge of Arabic.
