The National Health Insurance Company (NHIC) manages and operates Qatari's social health insurance scheme.The scheme envisages health insurance coverage citizens , foreign residents and visitors in the country . It forms one part of the realization of the National Strategy which forsees affordable healthcare for everyone in Qatar and offers participants a choice of providers from across the public and private healthcare providers in the Country. NHIC is looking for Candidates with relevant expertise and experience to fill the following positions:
Human Resources

Human Resources Director-HR-0
Responsibilities
-Leading the HR function of the company
-Devising strategies for attraction, selection and retention of talent with special focus on developing local talent.
-Ensuring full compliance with Qatari labor law

Head of Recruitment -HR-2
Responsibilities
-Attracting, sourcing and selecting the right talent for the company.
-Defining and implementing sourcing channels to ensure a healthy talent pipeline . Reacting out to attract Qatari nationals for roles at all levels of the organization.

Payroll Officer-HR-41
Responsibilities
- Entering data of new employees and all accompanied dependents in Oracle-based Employee Database.
-Updating employees data all points of change.
-Entering and managing compensation & benefits data in Payroll system.
- Maintaining records of all kinds of employees leaves and related balances.
-Preparing monthly payroll and running standard and customized reports from ERP Systems.
-Preparing employees related statistics for management decision making
