A reputed Construction Company in Doha is looking to fill the following position immediately:-

Administrative Support

Role & Responsibilities:-
• Overseeing the recruitment programs and the hiring process as per Company requirements.
• Dealing with manpower agencies in order to fulfill the Company’s requirements and to search the new manpower agencies if needed.
• Develop various job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job advertisements, checking the applications,
short listing, preparing interview schedules etc.,
• Follow-up, Review and shortlist the applications to forward them to various departmental head for selection and
further process.
• Maintain well-organized filing system and ensure confidentiality in all the areas of operation with discreet handling.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned time to time.

Candidate profile:-
• University degree in Business Administration is a must.
• Minimum of 07 years experience in similar industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all the levels of staff and Management, ability to work
effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent Organizational and Administrative Skills.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS office, Package, Word, Excel & Access with Good typing skills (Minimum 35 words
per minute).
