A Qatar based Oil and Gas Supply & Services Company with an excellent work environment needs self- motivated, energetic, ambitious, hardworking personnel for the following positions.

Position # 1: RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT ( FEMALE)
Candidate under valid Family Residence Permit need to apply

Job Location: Toyota Tower

Education & Certification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration with specialization in Accounts.

Skills :
• Knowledge of Accounting & Finance Principles and Practices
• Previous experience in Receivable.
• Experience in use of Accounting Software Packages
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Intense focus on detail & accuracy of work.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities include:
• Receivable accounting including preparation of journal entries, aging reports and schedules and maintaining / reconciling customer ledgers.
• Be able to handle receivable and bank transactions independently.
• Assist in implementing & maintaining credit control procedures & measures.
• Be able to rigidly follow up payments from customers & coordinate with sales people to resolve receivables with issues.
• Assist in the production and analysis of various management reports and other ad hoc reporting.
• Assist in the completion of Accounting process on time.
