• As Senior IT Engineer handling a setup of more than 100 nodes .
• we provide FMS and Network/Server Support on Switches and routers, Laptop
Desktop in windows 7 environment with the help of 6 Team members.
• Environments: DC, Exchange Server, SCCM Server, File Server, Print Server,
wireless, Cisco router, switches
• Provide all type of Hardware and Software Support to Users on Daily Basis
• Upgrade Hardware of Servers, Laptop , Desktops Ability to manage user
• Enable and Disable Domain Users Unlocked /Locked Domain User Account
• Installing accounts, group, OU’s through Microsoft Active Directory Creating
Domain users.

• Configuring and Maintaining Active Directory Installing , Configuring DNS ,
DHCP.
• Maintain the Documentations of all Hardware Configuration and Inventory .
• Managing user account like giving access permission, create shared folder
Support the optimal provision of PC, system and network services.
• Support and install local area network cabling systems and equipment like
network interface cards, hubs, and switches.
• Assigning IP Addresses to the hosts and Servers Installed hardware,
• applications, maintains LAN/WAN /WIRELESS network.
• support remote access users, develop documentation, the IT Team.
• Troubleshooting and repairing cabling, and network problems site wide.
• Undertook troubleshooting of network connectivity problems and day-to-day
• Operations Responsible for installing and supporting network hardware,
• software ,and applications on computers Proactive monitoring of
• troubleshooting.
• network using variety of tools & performing technical troubleshooting which
• involves checking the link status, routers & switches interfaces for errors.
