A well-established company in Doha urgently needs

A BUSINESS PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :
• Provide significant contribution to the development and continuous improvement of proposal management processes, tools, and templates.
• Perform all stages of proposal writing process, from initial information-gathering and organization to revision and final draft.
• Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for writing, review, and approval.
• Maintain quality results by creating and utilizing templates; following proposal industry writing standards to include readability, consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail; maintaining proposal support databases.
• Develop and track proposal deadlines and schedules

Requirements :
• BA in English, marketing, or other discipline with significant writing coursework.
• Familiar with proposal development programs and systems, such as InDesign, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills.
• Previous US government contracting experience preferred
