Description

I am a highly capable and experienced administrative professional. In addition to my administrative skills, I offer significant abilities and experience in organizing, prioritizing, confidentiality of documents, and detailed preparation of reports and projects. My ability to get along well with others, to make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines, and effectively coordinate in fast-paced environments have all contributed to my growth in this field and my employers placing a significant degree of trust in me. I have strong capabilities of performing clerical and customer service tasks efficiently. Particularly, I am highly skilled in reviewing and revising a large volume of internal documents and able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and professional level of work. I was also an HR assistant who is responsible for drafting correspondences from operations to HR department and is also responsible for screening possible candidates / applicants and recommendation for final deployment.

I have successfully finished a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and have worked for a few globally outstanding companies in the Philippines right after college. As a result, I was given out an opportunity to work in Singapore. This is where I absorbed great deal of knowledge and a good insight on the Human Resources and Administration field. In a short period of time, I acquired a good understanding of principles and practices of association, planning, records management, human resources and wide-ranging administration. My ability to converse efficiently, as well as my writing and analytical skills were all greatly enhanced.
