VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Senior Producer - Editorial Job for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
• Sound editorial judgement with proven ability to work successfully at a senior editorial level.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience of managing, developing and training a team.
• A passion for digital and knowledge of the differing audience needs of digital platforms.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the children’s audience and what appeals to them and an interest in developing content for children.
• Knowledge of production techniques in television, radio and digital.
• Strong Arabic and English language skills.
• Highly developed IT skills.
• Budget management skills.
• Proven communication skills to ensure effective working relationships particularly at a senior level. The ability to present information reliably and succinctly.
• Able to work effectively with on screen talent and contributors.
• Some experience of web production tools such as Photoshop and Content Management Systems in a professional capacity.
• Understanding of the MENA region children’s broadcast and digital market is an advantage but not essential.

Experience Required: 5 Years
