Urgently Required Executive Secretary

The Job
1. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
2. File and retrieve confidential corporate documents, records, and reports.
3. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
4. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for managers meetings.
5. Make travel arrangements for managers.
6. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by managers.
7. Attend internal and external meetings in order to record minutes.
8. Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors.
9. Manage and maintain managers’ schedules.
10. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.

Requirements:
• Degree holder with 10 to 15 years’ relevant experience preferably in engineering or related firms
• Must be fluent in both verbal and written Arabic and English.
• Experience in handling formal government correspondences and letters
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
