Property & Maintenance Engineer:
Managing and co-ordinating Property Operations, Maintenance and Administrative Functions and performing
complex Property Management work. Plan, Schedule and co-ordinate & Routinely inspect properties to ensure
that they are maintained to high standards .
The Candidate : Qualified Male Engineer in any discipline between the ages 35 to 45 Years, with a post-qualification experience of 10 to 15 years in a service-oriented role, well developed customer service, verbal and written communication skills, lead a team of junior staff, sense of accountability and a high level of professionalism.
