Operation Manager

A facility management company is urgently looking for outstanding and competitive applicants to join our company:

JOB ROLE:
Minimum 10 years work experience in the operation of facility management with 3 years Experience
on hand in Qatar in a facility management of multi story building and towers.

-- Ability to work with dedicated team of professionals, plans, directs, and coordinates activities of
designated project to ensure that goals and objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and within prescribed budget and performing the following duties personally or through managers/ supervisors.

-- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing
requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.

-- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for recruitment and
assignment of personnel.

-- Ability to implement high customer service standards Develop, coordinate and evaluate the implementation
of monitoring and inspection programs to ensure an appropriate level of customer services are met.

-- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and employees.
