Position: COOKS
-- Craft course or cookery certificate from a reputed institute.
-- 8 Years + Experience at Hotels / Catering establishments with a
sound skill in Indian Cuisine / Sweets and Savories etc.
-- Responsible for Food Production as per laid down procedures and standard recipes.
-- Sound knowledge on Food safety, HACCP and quality monitoring is very important.
-- Written and verbal communication skills in English.
