EXECUTIVE SECRETARY / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with experience on Electronic Document Management System such as Primavera Contract Management, ACONEX & others
• Excellent communicaƟon skills both in English and Arabic
• Able to draft business letters & other correspondences
• High proficiency in office administration including filing and record keeping
Experience in consultancy / contracting firm will be an added advantage. Attractive salary package will be offered commensurate with qualifications and experience. Candidates who are locally available with NOC & can join immediately are only required to apply.
