- Can initiate marketing strategies & coordinate actions to influence the market
- Able to define strategy to achieve company targets and goals
- Able to develop and maintain effective operation plan for workforce
- Can build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of sales and marketing
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- EXcellent communication, writing , research, analytical and numerical skills
- Has the ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiating skills
