We are currently hiring.
• Coordinate or installs, inspects repairs & maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical related systems in all locations.
• Supervision, Planning and implementation of all Maintenance activity in order to optimize safety within building and fulfilling company requirements.
• Coordinate emergency, regular repairs occurs in all locations.
• Inspecting all location has adequate lighting, and ventilation and that it is properly cleaned and in good working condition.
• Negotiating prices for maintenance/repair work and purchasing of cleaning materials & equipments.
• Good knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment across the disciplines
• Engineering background with auto cad knowledge.
• Good Communication in English (Hindi/Arabic added advantage)
• Technically sound with 2 – 3 years of experience
