A leading Qatari Company, currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the following position. The ideal candidate need to provide general support including administrative and general office assistance to the Manager.
ADMINISTRATION ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Preparing correspondence on the manager’s behalf.
• Writing reports and executive summaries as backdrop to weekly acƟviƟes.
• Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.
• Arranging of meeting, functions, and booking conference calls.
• Origination of Word documents, Excel Documents, preparation of PowerPoint slide presentations and spread sheets.
• Must be able to communicate professionally, directly and by telephone, with others.
• Collecting Site Progress Reports, Cost reports, Subcontracts Finalization Reports, Purchase Reports, Tender Progress Reports, etc., from various departments and Preparing Summary of each Reports to Manager
• Follow-up with Various Departments and Updating the Department Activities & Preparation of Summary to Manager
• Study of Pre-qualification Documents of Companies and Preparing Reports for Business Collaboration
• Perform any other Technical duties as specified by the Manager.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background.
• Professional working experience of 5 years with a consultancy firm or contracting firm is required.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills.
• Must have very good English speaking, reading and writing capability.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and in PowerPoint SoŌware.
• Knowledge of Primavera and Estimation SoŌware.
