WE ARE LOOKING FOR A WAREHOUSE MANAGER AND PAYROLL MANAGER IMMEDIATELY.

For Warehouse Manager:
Responsibilities:
• Looking for an experienced person to establish a new system for a newly built warehouse in Shahaniya area
• Responsible for preparing procedures, documents, should have knowledge about Warehouse management
• Should have knowledge of preparing necessary reports on day to day stocks, empty space, monthly stock etc.
• Work in coordination with Purchasing departments
• Should have 7-10 years of previous work experience

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English (Oral and Written).
• Good computer skills
• Driving License

For Payroll Manager:
Responsibilities:
• Providing benefits and payroll for all employees
• Maintain records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements
• Prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions
• Prepare employee payments and benefit payments
• Complete, verify and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as leave and medical insurance
• Provide information to employees on payroll matters, benefits, employment contracts and job offer provisions
• Compile statistical reports, statements and summaries related to pay and benefit accounts
• Prepare and balance periodic-end reports and reconcile issued payroll to bank statements

Requirements:
• A Bachelor Degree and a minimum of 7 years generalist HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to liaise with all levels of the organization including Senior Management
• Experience of international HR and management of expat contracts
• Experience of projects within the Construction sector would be an advantage
• Experience in Peachtree is advantage
• Knowledge of Qatari employment law and visa processes is an advantage
