Recently, I held the position in the Human Resource Department for almost four (4) years at Xepesys Incorporated, a known Korean – owned call center in the Philippines, whose primary goal is to assist and guide our Korean clients with their needs of English as Second Language. As an HR Manager for more than three (3) years, I am responsible for the facilitation of the different facets of Human Resource namely, the Time-keeping and Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Testing and Training, Employee and Labor Relations, and Organizational and Employee Development. I made it sure the department recruit quality applicants aligned with the company goals and oversee the processes and procedures of the company are met.

Also, I worked as a Guidance Counselor for six (6) years in one of the oldest prestigious university in the Philippines, San Beda College. I was assigned in the Basic Education Department handling both Grade School and High School students. As a Guidance Counselor or school counselor, my main task is to mold my students to be God – fearing, responsible and dependable citizens in our country in line with the mission and vision of the university. I have conducted counseling, Guidance classes and facilitated trainings and seminars both to students and faculty members. I was also exposed to extensive recruitment and testing and designing of intervention programs for students and for the betterment of the services that office provides as a support group in the school.

Other work experience includes Receiving Clerk/Invoice Verifier at Jollimart Philippines Corporation and Sales Assistant Supervisor at Duty Free Philippines.
