Description

A CALL CENTER AGENT is a person responsible for answering the quires of the customers in case of customer support call center. Is responsible to satisfy customer and maintain good image for the company.
•Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
•Pleasant and friendly mannerism
•Proficient in relevant computer applications
•Customer service experience
•Good data entry/keyboard skills
•Has a fluent English & Arabic communication skills on both written and oral.
•With at least 2 years experience in a Call Center environment.
DIRECT SALES AGENT
•Responsible for the sales of different financial products; Credit Cards, Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans, etc.
•Report to work on time and be able to proactively source clients by making phone calls to reach target customers.
•Creative in sales process and be able to work in high pressure environments to meet targets set.
•Team player who takes individual accountability for results.
•Highly organized, independently motivated worker with impeccable follow-up skills
•Strong organization skills and the ability to quickly assess and prioritize.
•Experience in business-to consumer marketing environment in the Banking Industry
•A minimum of two years work experience is mandatory.
