I am a creative, dynamic, and enthusiastic English teacher with eight year of experience. With a high energy and drive, strong organizational and administrative skills, I developed a high understanding of key issues of learners. I have the ability to handle pressure with ease, and to respond quickly to changing situations; and work well under pressure while maintaining individual and team effectiveness. I am a highly adaptable, mobile, positive and resilient educator that maintains the ability to create an environment that supports and encourages constructive resolution. Being flexible and responsive gives me the advantage of being able to work independently and successfully in a high-performance team environment, as I can work on own initiative, with minimum supervision, with a clear ability to think critically, strategically and systematically.
