British Managed Company in Doha has the following Vacancies

Due to the continued success of our Facilities Management Business, the following candidates with GCC experience are
required for immediate appointments.

HVAC TECHNICIAN/CHILLER TECHNICIANS
Should be able to carry out total servicing and maintenance of all type of Chiller units, testing and troubleshooting of all type HVAC Systems, Split AC units, roof top package AC units and precision AC units . (Including copper pipe brazing) all type of air handling units (DX system & chilled water), VAV, CAV box, chilled water ceiling suspended fan coil units, all type of Exhaust fans.

Good knowledge about all chilled water motorized valves and accessories (2 way, 3 way motorized valves, DP switch etc.) Trouble shooting of HVAC BMS system.

Education qualifi cations: ITI mechanical / Preferred HVAC course.

SWIMMING POOL TECHNICIANS
Should be able to test pool water using chemical kits. Adjust pool water chemical balance, maintenance works of swimming pool facilities including pumps, filters, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing works. Clean-up duties, performs scheduled preventive maintenance works. Maintain documentation including reports on chemical usage, water quality and maintenance reports.

Experience: Minimum 5 years and Gulf experience preferred.
