I live in Doha. With a Bachelor of Science degree in ACCOUNTING, I have almost 3 year of quality/professional work experience in the fields of Accounting/Marketing/Office Management(secretary) both as accounts controller, accounts manager/clerk and inventory clerk. I am 100% confident in my abilities to

-Counter check supplier invoices against delivery notes and purchase orders
-Ensure that invoices are recorded properly and matched with POs & Receipts.
-Manage stocks(inventory) for all entries and exits
-Prepare and analyze monthly expenditures and revenues against budgets
-Verify and post details of purchases and sales
-Investigate accounts payable and receivable
-Maintain regular contacts with other departments to obtain and convey information and/or to correct errors
-Maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting principles and accounting control procedures
-Sending out weekly demand letters to debtors owing, prepare monthly job costing and job valuations
-Prepare monthly debtors schedule and update of debtors statements
-Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, capital, and prepare monthly profit and loss statement, and other monthly reports to summarize and interpret the current and projected company financial strength
-Prepare accounts payable, payrolls, and compute taxes
