Requirements:
• Masters / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Must)
• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in, with at least 5 years in a similar role in large Project Management / Consultant company (Excellent design and technical skills. Excellent technical and construction knowledge).
• Candidate must possess strong knowledge in all Civil, Architectural and Interior Design phases. Candidates with “Class A” registration and certifi cation by Engineers & Consulting Offi ces Accrediting Committee are preferred.
• Developed and implemented the projects Design Guidelines and Led the Design Management.
• Experience of LEED includes environmentally sustainable for “green building”.
• Responsible for appraising and compiling the client’s brief.
