Business Development EngineerConstruction Chemicals Products Division in Doha, Qatar.

Job Description:
1. Have a strong understanding of Construction Market.
2. Can generate profi table sales through the achievement or exceeding of yearly sales target.
3. Identify & exploit new sales opportunities from client database through sales visits, clients head offi ce visits, and identify new sales opportunities, managing accounts service, complaints, submittals, product approvals and negotiating pricing.
4. Monitor existing customer/s accounts to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited.
5. Settle & fi nalize technical and commercial offers in compliance with requirements and projects specifi cations.
6. Monitor delivery of orders in coordination with logistics, customer services & other relevant departments.
7. Maintain an awareness of company’s full range of products and technologies by giving power point presentations when ever required.
8. To ensure that all aspects of the sales is carried out effi ciently and effectively.

Desired Skills & Experiences:
1. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
2. Profi cient in MS offi ce and Power Point presentation
3. Minimum of 5 years experience in Construction Chemicals industry and at least 1 year of proven sales experience in Performance Flooring (Epoxy-Polyurethanes-Car park deck flooring, Screed-Decorative fl ooring; etc.)
4. Very good technical background
5. Verbal & written interpersonal English languish and Presentation
6. With excellent presentation and convincing skills
7. With Valid Qatar driving license
8. With Transferable VISA
