NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY SO EVER CONCERN – AND / OR ALL COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES AND INDIVIDUALS - BE THEY MENTIONED OR NOT - AND COMMERCIAL CLIENTS WITH ITEMS AND / OR CARGO AND / OR PERSONAL GOODS STORED WITH INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT SERVICES AND / OR ASSURED MOVING SERVICES IN QATAR

SPECIFIC ATTENTION REQUESTED OF (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE BELOW INDIVIDUALS AND / OR ANY APPLICABLE CORPORATE ENTITIES ;

Due to the pending relocation of our warehouse facilities we are seeking instructions for goods held in storage on your behalf and / or under your control since we have not received valid instructions or advice of same for a long period.

In the absence of confirmed instructions we hereby serve notice that the goods belonging to the above named
individuals and / or named or unnamed concerns (be they individual or corporate entities located in Qatar or overseas) shall be disposed of on or after October 31st 2013.

Please be advised, entirely without prejudice, that in the absence of your confirmed written response being received on or by Sunday 29th October 2013 we reserve the right to dispose of the items in question with no liability on our part and no claim whatsoever will be entertained thereafter.

We respectfully advise that no additional reminders will be published.
We thank you for your understanding in the fact that we cannot continue to hold items in the absence of updated instructions.
