APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MEP QUANTITY SURVEYOR
I am currently seeking a position of MEP Quantity Surveyor having Transferable Visa with NOC as it perfectly matches with my educational qualification and working experience.
I worked as a MEP Quantity Surveyor at AL – SAFA CONSULTANT & CONSTRUCTION GROUP OF CO (PVT) LTD for more than 4 years. I am excellent at keeping the cost low and maximizing value for money. I do understand the need to keep cost to a minimum and can usually advise on funding and grants.
While working for these firms I was made responsible for preparing quantity take-off for budget preparation, monitoring activities as per budget, preliminary estimation, preparation of monthly invoice of sub-contract, valuing variation, preparation of interim valuation and preparation of final account also Quantities take off and Preparing BOQs and Compilation of tender documents for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services.
