I have a Bachelors of Science (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying from the Sheffield Hallam University with over 11 years’ experience in the Building Construction Industry, Infrastructure Work (Roads), Metro Projects and Dewatering.
I have over 11 years of rich experience in the construction industry right from inception to handover in IPC/EOT/Item Rate Contracts. Having worked with ‘client’, ‘consultant’, as well as ‘contractor’ in a multinational and multicultural work environment in Sri Lanka, Oman and Qatar has given an edge, understanding, vast experience and in-depth knowledge thereby have gained excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors. I have specialties in Pre & Post Contract Quantity Surveying or Estimation, Tender or Contract documentation for Civil works, Claims works, Analysis variation, Knowledge & Well understanding of Civil Engineering NRM, Standard Method of Measurement (SMM-7), CESSM-3, and FIDIC.
