I am an experienced Project Safety Officer with more than Nine years of experience in my career at
Qatar Petroleum projects and construction sites. I worked in an Oil and Gas project as HSE
Representative at QatarEnergy Project, Dukhan and Mesaeeid. Also, a Safety Officer at Arabian
MEP Contracting and PAT Engineering Enterprises, respectively.

Consider the following highlights from my career accomplishments;
1. In my position as a HSE Representative in QatarEnergy project, I ensured making
changes to work practices that are safe and comply with legislation, compliance to both
QatarEnergy and company’s safety guideline and procedures, developing internal safety
policy, carrying out risk assessments and how to reduce risk, carrying out regular site
inspections to check if policies are adhered to.

2. Leveraging outstanding communication and collaboration skills to successfully
maintain facilities and lead highly efficient and productive team

3. In my position as a Safety Officer in QE project, I maintained comprehensive
understanding of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure total facility and staff
compliance; interpreting regulatory requirements and developing compliance-based practices
and guidelines; making changes to work practices that are safe and comply with legislation;
compliance to QatarEnergy’s safety guideline and procedures, developing internal safety
policy; carrying out risk assessment; carrying out regular site inspection to check if policies
are adhered to; JHAs and Hazard Identification for each job task and keeping record of
incidents and accidents are major aspects of my job description.

4. I make sure I paid attention to detail and excellent record keeping skills ensures my
accomplishment of construction projects to the standard set by the company. My verbal
communication skills and positive attitude makes me an effective communicator with the
team.

5. I participated in a comprehensive site safety surveys and inspections and identifying
both immediate and potential safety hazards; establishing targeted action plans and follow-up
procedures.

6. I successfully monitored and prevented workplace safety incidents through routine
and thorough inspections and training programs; creating and leading a new-hire orientation
presentation to familiarize all new personnel with regulations and safety best practices;
training more than 4,000 employees in safety practices throughout my career.

7. I and my site team achieved distinction of more than 1.5M man-hours with no lost
time accidents for Arabian MEP Contracting.
